The Origin of a Legend: 2013 Shohei Ohtani Calbee RC #D-07. Before he was a Los Angeles icon, Shohei Ohtani was the “Dual-Threat” phenom of the Nippon Ham Fighters. Collectors and investors are increasingly pivoting to these original NPB (Nippon Professional Baseball) issues as the ultimate “Blue Chip” Ohtani assets.
You are looking at an absolute masterpiece for baseball card collectors and investors. Achieving a Gem Mint 10 on these early 2013 Japanese releases is incredibly difficult due to their highly condition-sensitive surfaces and edges.
