Unsewn kits: In most cases or almost all cases it can be done much sooner (ie: from a few days to about a week) and it will be sent out when it is done. But in some cases it may take longer (ie: Need to order a color in) and if it is time sensitive message me first before purchasing.*** Please note the photos in this auction are samples on how the kit looks like. You will receive the kit with the correct color, team and font. To ensure that the font and color is correct, I can do a draft to make sure that the font and color is correct before cutting the kit for you! THIS IS ONLY FOR THE KITThe customization package includes side numbers (1-2 digits each sleeve), back numbers (1 – 2 digits), Back Name and name plate All customized are made locally in house in Canada and made to order ourselves. This helps reduce and help cuts the overhead (and the middleman) and cost to pass the savings down to you! All kits are being cut using a professional cutter and the Poly-Twill Material (100% Polyester Twill) is used. Nameplates are made out of Poly Twill only (The EXACT same material as the name and numbers used to make the kit). UnSewn Kits The layers and colors for for the numbers NOT sewn together and the layers for the letters and the letters itself are NOT sewn onto the nameplate. Please note that the kit (name, numbers, layers, nameplate) must be SEWN onto the jersey.In addition, we will not fuse/glue or tack the colors together and the names on the nameplate. The reason is that if we do that, and when you sewn it together, you are not able to re-align the position of the colors and the letters. Therefore all numbers and letters will come loose so you are able to adjust the position correctly when you or the seamstress sewns it together Instructions on how to apply this to your jersey is below (instructions by manufacturer). Or if you do not want to apply or sew this yourself, your local seamstress can do this for you (they can follow the instructions below or if they have another way or applying it they can BUT regardless these must be sewn to the jersey. Letters – 3″ Side Number – 4″ Back Numbers – 12″ Spacing for each color (for multi color kits only) – 1/8″ apart for side numbers and letters – 1/4″ apart for the back numbers. If you want tracking we can ship them for an additonal flat rate of 19.99Other Important Notes: When you receive the product, the twill/fabric may crease, folded or sometimes curled up. This is normal and this is not a defect. As during shipment, the item may have shifted and got creased up or spmetimes I need to fold the nameplate letters and/or numbers to fit it in the envelope. To get rid of the crease, like ANY fabric, all you need to do is to iron it out (or if you use a heat press, even better). Once you iron the creased part, the crease will disappear (The heat activated glue at the back does require an iron on a heat press and that will flatten all creases out). This goes the same for the curling if it happens.The product will be shipped only with a brown envelope only if paid with lettermail. If you require additional protection (ie cardboard as a backing to protect more, etc), Expedited shipping must be used.
