Shipping Information All Orders: Shipments are processed daily; Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. We do not offer additional shipping options or local pickup on eBay. Orders of $750 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order. Domestic Orders: We offer free economy shipping to the United States. All orders are shipped using the basic shipping services offered by the US Post Office, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and specific shipping service that is used will depend on the size, weight, and value of your order. International Orders: All international orders are shipped through the eBay International Shipping Program. Your order will first be shipped to one of eBay’s international shipping hubs in the United States. From there, eBay handles all aspects of the international shipment, including any potential issues with the delivery. You’ll find the estimated shipping cost in the “Shipping, returns, and payments” section of every eBay listing. The final shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout. You will also see an estimate of customs and import charges. You’ll pay for any applicable customs charges, import fees, or taxes either at checkout or when your item arrives. It is your responsibility as the buyer to check which customs and import charges may apply and to pay them. You can check with your country’s customs office for more specific details. We do not mark merchandise values below their actual value or mark items as “gifts”. U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior. New products are often subject to embargos strictly enforced by the individual manufacturer. Due to contractual agreements with these manufacturers, we are restricted from shipping some products to specific regions. New Upper Deck releases cannot be shipped to Canada for the first full calendar year of their release or sold to resellers until 90 days after release. We are prohibited from shipping new Panini Basketball releases to Asia for the first two years following their release date. We are unable to ship any Wizards of the Coast products to any location outside of the United States. FAQ Buying What is the best price that you can do? Our pricing is frequently updated. The listed price will likely be our best. Do you accept offers? Serious offers may be considered, depending on the item. Do you accept trades? We do not trade on eBay. Can I make payments on an item or pay at a later date? All of our “Buy it Now” listings require immediate payment. Item Specifics Are your boxes and cases factory sealed? Yes; all boxes and cases are guaranteed to be factory sealed and unsearched, unless explicitly stated. Is this an authentic or replica helmet? If it does not have the word “authentic” in the listing title, then it is not an authentic helmet. Will I receive the exact item shown in the image if you have multiples available? For most memorabilia orders, you will not receive the exact piece used as an example in the listing image. The item that you receive will be nearly identical, as good, or better. Can you tell me the COA (certificate of authenticity) number on the item I would receive? We do not provide individual COA numbers, or photos of each available item. Most of our memorabilia is listed with multiples available, so this is not practical to do for every request that we receive. Shipping Can you ship to a different address? We can only ship to the exact address that was provided on the original order. How can I change my shipping address? Please contact us. Changes to your address may require your order to be cancelled and repurchased. Why does tracking show my package being delivered to a different address/state? If you purchased an item that was eligible for eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee Program, it must be shipped to one of eBay’s authenticity centers. They will ship your item to you after they complete the authentication process. This applies to most trading cards valued at $250 or more. Can I upgrade my shipping to a faster service? We do not offer expedited shipping options on eBay. Some orders may ship through a faster service by default, at no additional cost. Can I request a specific carrier or shipping service? We will choose the appropriate carrier and service based on your order and location. Can I pick up an item in person? We do not offer local pickup on eBay. Order Issues What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us immediately at the first sign of damage. Do not proceed with opening the shipping box or its contents if you are aware of any potential damage. What if I receive the wrong item? Please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Can I return an item for any reason? Please contact us. Return eligibility is dependent on what you want to return and why. Returns are generally not accepted for trading cards, boxes, or cases. About Steel City Collectibles Feedback Contact Us
