Esse, resumidamente, foi o teor da conversa entre Kiko, representante do La Barca, e o treinador Joel Santana, durante o último feriadão, no Rio de Janeiro. O dirigente labarquense iniciou uma negociação que poderá evoluir.  Joel Santana fez algumas exigências, entre elas que o contrato seja redigido em inglês. 

Perguntando sobre o padrão tático que pretende implantar no La Barca, Joel disse que poderá repetir a tática utilizada quando ele comandava a Seleção da África do Sul.
